Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It would be helpful for creating release notes and/or summarizing the changes between releases
Thanks for the suggestion! Release tooling makes sense — release listing, diff between tags, and asset metadata would all support release-note generation. Taking this on.
