What

Completes the OpenSpec lifecycle for forgejo-mcp-uc6 (implementation merged in #196). Spec-only.

openspec archive branch-protection-management → live spec openspec/specs/branch-protection/spec.md (7 requirements).
Change moved to openspec/changes/archive/2026-06-02-branch-protection-management/.
Showboat demo co-located with the live spec at openspec/specs/branch-protection/branch-protection.demo.md (spec link fixed), matching the signed-sbom precedent.

Validation

openspec validate --all --strict --no-interactive   # → 17/17
scripts/ci/check-spec-demo-anchors.sh               # → 0 errors

Closes forgejo-mcp-uc6. Follows #196.
